The GIF-2000 continuous ice cream freezer (built in 2008) from Gram Equipment is a high-performance freezer that can operate with a capacity of up to 2000l/h. The freezer is mainly used for ice cream or sorbet ice cream, but can also be used for cooling or freezing other liquid products such as yogurt, sauce, etc. The system was in use until September 2023 and was then professionally dismantled for rapid recommissioning. Cooling system can be operated with the coolants Freon and Ammonia (R717). Detailed documentation is available and is included in the offer.
