Two temperature-controlled process tanks, each with a volume of 40570 liters, were manufactured for an American customer in the cosmetics industry. The pressure-resistant double jacket was manufactured and approved in accordance with the ASME standard. Made of 1.4404 (SS 316L) material in contact with the product, with fully welded insulating jacket and suitable for specific weights up to 1.3 KG/L. The tanks were additionally equipped with 11 kW geared blade agitators and bottom bearings. After the production phase, the tanks were packed in custom-made wooden boxes for overseas transportation.
